Baldwin Wallace Nursing Department Logo
Spring 2023
While working for the Hive Design Group at Baldwin Wallace, I was assigned the task to create a department logo for our nursing department.
The logo stays true to Baldwin Wallace branding while being an internal identifier for the nursing department. The logo utilized the recognizable brown and gold colors that represent Baldwin Wallace. The sleek, sans serif text serves as a clear indication that the logo belongs to the nursing department. Finally, the logo includes two EKG lines on either side of the Baldwin Wallace square.
The intention for the Baldwin Wallace nursing department logo was to be unique from other symbols of nursing. My research consisted of looking for symbols to represent nursing while not relying on stereotypical graphics like stethoscopes and scrubs.
